The Summit Estates Board of Directors is proposing a security enhancement project focused on improving visibility along Summer Breeze Lane near the Morning Sun Lane intersection—an area identified as one of the community’s most vulnerable locations after dark.
Following discussions with security professionals and the Anaheim Police Department, the Board has explored several opportunities to strengthen perimeter security. Improved lighting was consistently identified as one of the most effective ways to discourage unauthorized activity while making the neighborhood safer and more comfortable for residents.
As part of this initiative, the Association is proposing the installation of three decorative street lights designed to complement the character of Summit Estates while enhancing nighttime visibility.
