Annual Election
Each year, homeowners elect members to the Board of Directors. Below you'll find the candidate self-nomination form and the official election rules that govern the nomination and voting process.
60-Day Notice
The purpose of the meeting is to elect two (2) Directors, each to serve a two (2) year term.
Incumbent indicates a candidate currently serving on the Board.
Members have the right to verify the accuracy of their individual information on the Voter List and Candidate List. Errors should be promptly reported to the Association's community manager or Inspector of Elections and shall be corrected within two (2) business days. Members may request individual delivery of this Notice by contacting management at support@nbcoastal.com.
